  1. Hi everyone. Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. How many subjects do you teach in English?
There are four in the first year, three in the second year, five in the third year, and two in the fourth year.

    2. How many teachers are there in your high school?
    Around sixty, I think.

    3. Do Teachers behave well with you?
Of course we do. Well, except for the bad students, we throw those to the rats.

    4. How many excursions?
It depends, there are usually a few every year. For example, some students who study Religion in the 3rd year are going soon on a four-day trip to Santiago de Compostela.

    5. Do you send a lot of homework?
Yes, especially in the European Section, but it depends on the subjects and the days (in maths you have homework most days, in English some days yes, some days no).

    6. Is the English class difficult?
Not for the students in the European Section, yes for students who don't like English, because it is difficult to remember something which is not interesting for you. So, you have to find a good reason to learn English: travelling, working abroad, listening to music in English, meeting people from other countries, working with computers, playing online with people from Australia...

    7. How long will the classes last?
    They are fifty minutes long.

    8. Will we play in the English class?
Well, you will play the flute in the music class. Or do you mean play games? Well, there isn't much time for games, but occasionally we play some simple word games like the Hangman or Word tennis.

    9. How many English subjects are there?
I think this is the same as the first question, isn't it?

    10. Will we work in groups?
Yes, but again it depends on the subjects. You will work for several months in groups in the technology workshop, building a project. In the English class we sometimes work in groups, but especially in pairs, to practise speaking.

    11. What subjects will we have?
In the first year you can study geography and history, maths, technologies, and music or art (you must study one in the first year, and the other in the second year). For more details about the other years, visit our Frequently Asked Questions: http://olmo.pntic.mec.es/~pmai0016/european_section/faq.htm#7

    12. Will we take notes in science?
I am not sure, but I think so. It depends a lot on the teacher that you have. Some teachers like using classnotes more than others.

    13. How much time will the classes last?
    See question number 7!

I hope you found this information useful. If you have more questions, you know where to find me!
